1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products offered through it (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, creating an order, or checking the boxes presented at the member gate and at checkout, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the PMA Member Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site or place an order. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Research use only

All products offered on the Site are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended or approved for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or any in-vivo use. By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher or are acquiring the products on behalf of a qualified research entity;
• You will use, handle, store, and dispose of the products only in a controlled laboratory setting and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and good laboratory practices;
• You will not administer the products to humans or animals, resell or repackage them as consumable products, or represent that they are fit for such use.

4. No medical or professional advice

Nothing on the Site is medical, legal, or professional advice. Product descriptions, references, and any linked or cited materials are provided for informational and research context only and are not claims about safety or efficacy for any use.

5. Assumption of risk and responsibility

You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, use, storage, and lawful disposal of any product you purchase, and for compliance with all laws and institutional requirements that apply to you. You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate and lawful for your intended research.

6. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept by confirming and fulfilling the order.

7. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping timing, tracking, storage, returns, and damaged-order handling are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Returns

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns except as described on our Shipping & Returns page.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your intended use of the products, to resell the products for human or animal consumption, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any misuse of the products, including any use in violation of these Terms. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site, its owner, and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law
