PMA Member Agreement.

1. Private membership

This website and the products offered through it are made available within a private membership association (the "Association") for the benefit of its members. Access is a private matter between members and the Association and is not a public offering. By checking the member box at the gate and at checkout, you request and accept membership on the terms below.

2. Purpose

The purpose of the Association is to allow private members to obtain materials for laboratory and research use only. Membership does not create a doctor–patient, professional, or advisory relationship of any kind.

3. Member affirmations

As a condition of membership and of each purchase, you affirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and are entering the Association of your own free will;
• You are acquiring products solely for laboratory and research use, and not for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition;
• You will handle, store, use, and dispose of all products lawfully and in a controlled research setting;
• You will not resell or repackage products as consumable goods or represent them as fit for human or animal use.

4. Assumption of risk and hold harmless

You accept full responsibility for your use of any product obtained through the Association. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Association, its members, its owner, and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use or misuse of the products or your breach of this Agreement.

5. Relationship to other terms

This Agreement works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict regarding membership, this Agreement controls as to membership matters.

6. Membership is personal

Membership and any access it provides are personal to you, non-transferable, and may be declined, suspended, or ended by the Association at its discretion.

7. Changes

The Association may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued membership or use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Agreement.
